Fallout: New Vegas Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Sierra Madre Grand Opening!
1 of 7: Make this quest active and check your world map to see that the quest arrow points to the Abandoned BoS Bunker. If you haven't discovered it yet, use the maps in the main Fallout: New Vegas hint file to figure out what route you want to use to get there.
2 of 7: Use the drainage grate in the pit to enter the bunker, then loot the corpse before heading down the stairs.
3 of 7: When you activate the next door, you'll get a big pop-up window that warns you of the dangers of the new areas, and says you won't be able to return to the Mojave Wasteland until after you're done there.
4 of 7: Choose to seek out the radio signal in the bunker to get the door open, then go through it and check the side area on the left. If your Science skill is 50+, you can hack the terminal and unlock the door, past which is a room with some supplies in it (including a Repair skill book on a bookshelf).
5 of 7: When you're ready to move on with the module, enter the room at the end of the hall to get yourself gassed. (Note that you can shoot out the radio in the room first, but that doesn't help any.)
6 of 7: After waking up in Sierra Madre and talking to Father Elijah at great length about what's going on, this quest will end and the next three will begin. They can be done in any order, though it's beneficial to go after Dog first and get him to teach you the Ghost Hunter perk. (See the Other Perks list.)
7 of 7: Even before doing Dog's quest, you should take the time to explore around the entire Villa area for supplies. (Don't you just hate it when add-on modules deprive you of all your hard-earned inventory items?) Take the two Villa loot tours given below to get a good start, or just read through the hazard tips so you'll know what to watch out for while exploring on your own.
