Are there any other ways to get past these guards without a fight?
1 of 2: If you have a Stealth Boy, you could use it and sneak over to the door without the guards turning hostile. However, stealth boys are rare enough that you'll probably want to save them for other purposes.
2 of 2: The only other way is to use the game's Wait feature to wait until just before 9 am or 6 pm, then stand and watch as the guards leave their post. After they're out of sight of the door, run over to it and go through it before the next two guards show up.
