How can I get into Benny's suite, and what do I need to find there?
1 of 6: Find the elevator to the 13th floor past the western gambling floor, then take it up and turn right.
2 of 6: Watch for the large double doors on your left that lead to Benny's suite. If your Lockpick skill is 50+, pick open the doors to get some XP, but then go back down to the casino's main floor. There's a better way to get into Benny's room that'll also get you your confiscated weapons back.
3 of 6: Talk to the guy at the front desk named Swank, and tell him that you think he should know something about Benny. This will get you a series of three increasingly difficult Speech checks.
4 of 6: You'll have to have a Speech skill of 30+ to pass the first two checks and get all of your confiscated weapons back. If you can pass the third one (Speech 45+), you'll get the key to Benny's suite along with the "Search Benny's suite" objective. Finishing it will get you all the dope on Benny's plans.
5 of 6: If you can't pass one or more of those Speech checks, you'll need to dig up some hard evidence against Benny.
6 of 6: NOTE: When Swank says he'll keep Benny away from his suite while you search the place, you could say that you want to take him out right now in order to get the "Assassinate Benny" objective instead of the suite-searching one. However, you can get the assassination objective later on, so you might as well wait.
