Fallout: New Vegas Hints
Speak with Caesar.
1 of 5: When you arrive at the Fort, you'll immediately be asked to disarm by the main gate guard. As with the casinos in New Vegas, you can (and should) choose to keep some holdout weapons.
2 of 5: Note that you could get all of your confiscated weapons back without leaving the Fort area, but doing so will turn everyone hostile.
3 of 5: Take the path that goes north and cross over a small lowered drawbridge, then continue up the path until you reach a raised drawbridge.
4 of 5: Use it like a door to enter the Fort, then go around the circular fighting arena to the west to reach Caesar's overly fancy tent. (See the "The Legion Arena" undocumented quest if you want to fight in the arena.)
5 of 5: After telling any followers you have with you to wait, use the tent flap to go inside, then go up to Caesar and talk to him. (To get some Caesar's Legion fame, start by asking how you can serve his Legion.)
