Solve the Gecko reactor problem.
1 of 5: First Citizen Lynnette will give you this quest as a way of earning your citizenship. Talk to her about locating your vault, and she'll bring up the topic of citizenship, if you can't get to it directly.
2 of 5: She's mad enough that she will want you to blow up the reactor.
3 of 5: But her solution -- namely, blowing up the reactor -- isn't something that particularly appealed to me. You might want to look to a more reasonable voice.
4 of 5: Talk to Senator McClure. He will be willing to work with you to fix the reactor in a more civil manner, and he will also give you citizenship for taking care of the problem more diplomatically.
5 of 5: All you have to do is fix the reactor, and he'll give you citizenship status if you report back to him.
