Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

Destroy the Enclave Mobile Platform with an Orbital Strike.

  • 1 of 11: In the crawler's entry room, you'll encounter the first of many repulsion fields.
  • 2 of 11: Watch for an Enclave soldier to attack just past the field, then turn right (south) to avoid the high security clearance area while you search for supplies.
  • 3 of 11: In the back of the area is an EXIT ladder that leads up to the Launch Platform Base area. You could go up that way, or you could go through the high security area.
  • 4 of 11: Assuming you go up the ladder, go through the doorway and then the door that warns about live deathclaws. Past that is a very large area full of Enclave personnel (including scientists who fight back for once), and a deathclaw that you can take control of by getting close to it.
  • 5 of 11: From the upper-floor security terminal room, head a short way north to find a ladder that leads back outside.
  • 6 of 11: Once you're out there, you'll get caught up in another huge combat with Enclave forces.
  • 7 of 11: After fighting the troops on the SE vertibird platform, enter the nearby structure and raid its supply crates, then go through the door to the Satellite Control Tower area.
  • 8 of 11: Proceed forward from your cramped starting room slowly, since there are plenty of hostiles in the area ahead. It's best to get their attention and start firing at them, then retreat to the starting room for cover.
  • 9 of 11: When the area seems clear, venture forward slowly and look for supplies, then go up the stairs and see if there are any hostiles left. Once you reach the top floor and clear it, you should have gotten them all.
  • 10 of 11: Go back down the stairs and check all around the side areas for supplies, then return to the top room and find the large Satellite Uplink Terminal computer.
  • 11 of 11: Use it and choose to fire the payload, then select either the Adams AFB Platform (which is what you're supposed to destroy) or the Citadel (if you want to go totally evil on the Brotherhood). After you make your choice, confirm it.
