Fallout 3 Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Secure the Chinese Listening Post.
1 of 14: If you're doing this objective before the depot one, you'll need to pick your gear package and your strike team.
2 of 14: For this objective, I recommend the fire team package, two missile units, and one infantryman.
3 of 14: Once you're all set, talk to Sergeant Montgomery. After some preliminary chatter, you'll be able to choose which mission you want to do first. You can do them in either order, and these hints cover the listening post attack.
4 of 14: When your team takes off, follow them closely so you won't get lost or wander into the wrong area.
5 of 14: After they stop, make a save, then run out from behind the railway car you're next to, and go take cover behind the furthest railway car on the right.
6 of 14: Peek out and snipe at enemies if you like, but watch out for enemy fire, including missiles. When it seems clear, leave cover and move forward, but be ready to run for cover if there are any more missile-launching enemies left.
7 of 14: After they're all down, find a way to get over to the northern area where that vertibird exploded.
8 of 14: Move slowly along the right side of the rock-walled passage that leads north. When you come close to a red cargo container on your left, start shooting at the invisible sniper that's crouching on it.
9 of 14: There's another one on top of the two-container stack off in the distance, plus two more on the corners of the concrete walls that are over to the right.
10 of 14: After they're down, continue going north to reach the listening post's entry area, which is guarded by several Crimson Dragoon guys with assault rifles. Finish them off, then climb the steps to reach the post's entrance door.
11 of 14: Look back to see if any Chinese soldiers are running after you (shoot them down if they are), then enter the listening post.
12 of 14: Back outside, turn right to see a bunker close by. The last two snipers are there.
13 of 14: One is inside the bunker, and the other is outside it, to the right. Find and shoot the outside one, then get the other one. (Note that you might want to quickly raid the bunker's supply stash before killing the second one.)
14 of 14: After they're both killed, the objective will be complete, and you'll return to the command tent.
