Fallout 3 Hints
The Mall
1 of 4: This interior region includes the following Zone 9 Map locations: Mall Northwest (40), Lincoln Memorial (41), Mall Southwest (42), Museum of History (44), The Washington Monument (45), Museum of Technology (46), The National Archives (47), The Mall Northeast (48), and The Capitol Building (51). It has exits to four underground metro areas: Georgetown/The Mall Metro, Hazmat Disposal Site L5, Museum Station, and Penn. Ave/The Mall Metro.
2 of 4: This region is the most huge and super-mutant-infested of all, so bring a double load of weapons, ammo, and healing items. Be sure to include a sniper rifle and lots of .308 ammo. The tour starts at the Museum Station entrance that's next to the Museum of History.
3 of 4: Look around where you emerge for a few tin cans, a whiskey bottle, and a garbage can that's nearly buried in rubble. Then go up the stairs and start your assault.
4 of 4: The Mall is a really huge region, and you're coming in near its center. That makes it best to divide the region up into east and west halves, which you can then clear of hostiles and loot separately.
