Hortator and Nerevarine
  • 1 of 4: NOTE: The quest entry for "Hortator and Nerevarine" isn't put into your journal right away, but you should consider the quest as being given to you by Azura when you take the Moon-and-Star ring in the last part of the "Path of the Incarnate" quest.
  • 2 of 4: You need each of the three Great Houses on Vvardenfell to name you as their warleader, the Hortator. Read the following subquest hints to find out how to do each one.
  • 3 of 4: You also need each of the four major Ashlander camps on Vvardenfell to name you as their warleader, the Nerevarine. Read the following subquest hints to find out how to do each one.
  • 4 of 4: Once you're named Hortator of all three Great Houses and Nerevarine of all four Ashlander tribes, you can move on to the "Meet with Vivec" quest.
