Myst V: End of Ages Hints
I've gotten power to the red room, but one machine is still broken.
1 of 6: At least the screen part of the far-right console seems to be broken. If another device seems broken instead, you may not have turned the devices on after all.
2 of 6: Maybe you should take a look around outside of this room, and see if there are any clues as to what could be going on.
3 of 6: Walk along the path that's to your left as you're leaving the red room. You'll go up several sets of stairs and eventually be stopped by a cable that's fallen to the ground.
4 of 6: Well, that explains why you can't see anything in the viewer. The cable that runs to the telescope seems to be broken.
5 of 6: So you're not going to see anything in the screen, but the rest of the controls still work. Maybe that will help you with something.
