The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints

Oblivion World 2

  • 1 of 8: You'll emerge from the gate facing south, and you'll see three large Oblivion towers straight ahead of you with two big war gates blocking the paths between the towers. Just north of the Oblivion gate (behind you) is a huge leaning tower.
  • 2 of 8: That leaning tower isn't the citadel with the sigil stone in it, but it does have two great non-random artifact weapons if you can figure out how to get in and get them.
  • 3 of 8: Portals of Natural Disaster, the huge central citadel a ways straight south from the Oblivion gate, is the one with the sigil stone in it.
  • 4 of 8: However, it has no ground entrance, and can only be entered from its six "satellite" towers using the connecting bridges.
  • 5 of 8: There are two ways to get to where you need to be in the main citadel: the regular way and the shortcut way.
  • 6 of 8: Enter the door to the Rending Halls and look around for some blood fountains and magicka essences.
  • 7 of 8: Head on up to the top of the Portals of Natural Disaster using the usual ascension tactics of ducking in and out of side areas (the Rending Halls and Corridors of Dark Salvation, in this case).
  • 8 of 8: At the top, find a door to the Sigillum Sanguis area and grab the sigil stone.
