This goal has six sub-goals in three sets that you need to complete. But first, a few tips on taking care of some new enemies in the workshop area.

The three sub-goal sets can be done in any order, but the easiest one to do is the ionic gel one, so I recommend you do it first.
- Find two quarter-cans of Ionic Gel.
- Put the Ionic Gel in the EMP Bomb.
3 of 5:
Both of the other two sub-goal sets can be kind of hard. I'll recommend the nitroglycerin one next since it doesn't require any travel outside the workshop area.
- Find One Nitroglycerin Charge.
- Put the Nitroglycerin in the EMP Bomb.
4 of 5:
The final sub-goal set is the toughest one, and may require extensive travel and combat.
- Find 4 R-34 Wire Clusters.
- Put the R-34s in the EMP Bomb.
5 of 5: After all of those are finished, you'll get the "Pick up the device" goal.
