Level-Up Perks
Level-up perks work about the same in this game as they did in Fallout 3, with the major exception that you only get to choose a new perk when you reach even-numbered levels. Since the max level is 30, you'll only be able to get 15 level-up perks in all.
NOTE: If a perk has attribute and/or skill requirements, they'll be listed in parenthesis right after the perk's name.
