Mass Effect 3 Hints

What all can I do at the Citadel now?

  • 1 of 12: Start by visiting the hospital area, since it has several new things to do.
  • 2 of 12: Next, go to the embassies area and talk to the ambassador who's near the elevator to get the "Benning: Evidence" hub mission.
  • 3 of 12: Go up the stairs to Commander Bailey's office, then talk to the salarian who's standing just outside of it to get the "Citadel: Hanar Diplomat" hub mission.
  • 4 of 12: The newly available Presidium Commons area is chock full of things to do.
  • 5 of 12: After that, go to the docks holding area. Go through two force fields and turn right, then talk to either the refugee or the dock worker to resolve their dispute. Either way, you'll get two rep points and a war asset.
  • 6 of 12: Go past the counter and turn right onto the long walkway, then turn right again to find a guy named the Preacher. Approach him to get the "Kite's Nest: Pillars of Strength" hub mission -- unless you already found the pillars while scanning for assets, in which case you can turn them over now.
  • 7 of 12: Look near the Preacher for the Batarian State Arms store terminal, then move down to the farthest cargo hold area to find Garrus. Talk to him to get some rep points, then optionally talk to the nearby sales clerk and the idiotic "Shepard VI" thing.
  • 8 of 12: The last area to visit is the Purgatory Bar. After you arrive, go toward the woman who's a ways to the right of the VIP area's entrance to get the "Citadel: New Power Grid" hub mission, then go through two doors to enter the VIP area.
  • 9 of 12: Go up the first set of stairs and turn right to encounter Aria T'Loak, who'll give you the "Aria: Blood Pack," "Aria: Blue Suns," and "Aria: Eclipse" hub missions.
  • 10 of 12: Go to the other end of that level and turn right to get the "Apien Crest: Banner of the First Regiment" hub mission -- unless you already found the banner while scanning for assets, in which case you can turn it over now.
  • 11 of 12: Talk to James at the nearby bar counter to get a couple of rep points. (Note that if you agree to buy a round for the nearby marines, you'll have a chance at a renegade interrupt.)
  • 12 of 12: That's it for the Citadel, though note that you can now do a lot of the hub missions that you've picked up in order to get more XP, credits, rep points, and war assets.
