Master Training Quests
Like Morrowind, this game has one master trainer for every skill, but this time you not only have to find each master trainer, but complete a quest for him before he'll train you. Also, you first have to be referred to him by one of the trainers of the same skill who can train you to 70 (and they'll only refer you when your skill level is 70 or higher).
